State Elected Leaders Tour Illinois Beverage Association Member Reyes Coca-Cola Facility in Niles
Senate President Harmon and Senator Laura Murphy Witnessed First-Hand Benefits of Beverage Industry’s Economic Impact
NILES, IL – On Friday, January 20th, the Illinois Beverage Association (IBA) provided a tour of member company Reyes Coca-Cola’s production facility in Niles to Illinois Senate President Don Harmon (D-39th) and State Senator Laura Murphy (D-28th). This in-person tour provided the opportunity for representatives of the beverage association to demonstrate the positive economic impact and job creation benefits the beverage industry provides the State of Illinois.
“We were pleased to welcome Senate President Harmon and Senator Murphy to tour member company Reyes Coca-Cola’s production facility in Niles,” said IBA Executive Director Rob Nash. “It is important to showcase the significant economic benefits the beverage industry provides to our elected leaders as we emerge from the pandemic.”
