The Illinois Beverage Association is celebrating LGBTQ+ Pride Month during the month of June! While June was chosen as the month to honor the LGBTQ+ community, our member companies are committed to equality all year long, and have been recognized for their dedication.

In 2022, The Coca-Cola Company, PepsiCo and Keurig Dr Pepper were all recognized as a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality” by The Human Rights Campaign Foundation, for their concrete steps to establish and implement comprehensive policies, benefits and practices for LGBTQ+ workers and their families. All three member companies earned a spot on the list after also meeting criteria to earn a 100 percent rating on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation Corporate Equality Index (CEI) – the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.

Our member companies are committed to fostering and maintaining healthy workplace environments where everyone feels equal and valued, and diversity and inclusion is celebrated.
